Um. No. That's not an offensive Ritual Lord. You only have enough time to cast Shelter/Union/Displacement. Nothing else.
If you are in PvP, you don't need to be N/Me, as you shouldn't be using Arcane Echo. In PvE...yeah, you need to be N/Me for Arcane Echo.

Post-Soul Twisting nerf, Ritual Lord is MUCH MUCH effectve for keeping Shelter up. Plus you can also keep Union and Displacement up.
