As lame as it sounds... the best and only way is to go in fierce... attacking with the fastest high damage skills you can. Don't try anything...
There is no white for starters (only thing close enough is silver)... as for dyes... if you dye it blue, then dye it green, it'll become...
Perfectly easy way to change your Guild Name... destroy it, and pay 100gp for a new name. Otherwise no, you can't change the name to my knowledge.
Another thread about this exists (I believe they started it after reading your post)... but, as I said there, I wouldn't mind seeing a /duel...
