I don't see the problem with it personally, a few hits and it's gone, plus someone should notice the guy putting it down and interupt.

I believe there is a off-colour red for the health bar when bleeding too.

It was quick for europeans as you could turn up to 2 english events and then 1 international and have all items for all characters.
