^^ I made over 200k selling charr carvings and decayed orr emblems this past halloween. I seen that it was going to beheld in both Tyria and Elona...

As far as I know of there is no way to lvl anyone that fast so I would say its either worded wrong....maybe 30 mins per lvl....or its a scam
