Yeah did the graphic got update as well? The game seem to run better, my FPS in busy towns like LA, Kamadan & Keinerg is a lot higher than before.

My guess is that they are humans, Ascalon special force sent deep in to the Charr's territory. They're sound pretty catchy, aren't...
