I will take MY monks over any NPC monk. I would prefer the other henchmen skills to be improved. "Charge" in HM? What a waste of an elite....

Ya, both the bow AND the staff will be great for heros. Although, I would prefer a +1 or 20% ench on the staff, as well as a +5^50 insc.

Adding heros is annoying, as you often accidentally add the wrong one.

it would be nice if there were up/down arrows next to people's names on the party list so everyone could put people where they wanted them.
