I believe the way it works is that you cannot stack them to above 100%, but a single skill can bring it past 100%, like focused anger can do...

fastest way to be "ascended" is thru nightfall at your point in the game...4 quests, a mission, and another quest and you can do as much...

I don't see it replacing ecto unless they do a free UW/FoW weekend or a double ecto drop weekend and ecto prices drop to like 3k or lower,...

I like all of the suggestions, and would like to see FoC's recharge lowered as well, maybe only 10 energy too.
