Something like Lucifer's build, but with ObsidianFlesh instead of Signet, since you have 12 earth. QZ+Weapon of Quickening = win.
Echovald Forest areas in general. Mel's is easiest to run tho, yes.
The second one on your bar only disappears if you enter town. Not another explorable.
