download CCClean and get rid of all the unnecessary registry

Try replacing the Thermal paste or get a 120mm fan to blow cool air on it

What resolution are you gaming at? I reccomend: 1280x1024 ATI 4850 1680x1050 260GTX/ATI 4870/4890 1920x1200 or above ATI 5870/5970

Try setting GW to 1 of the 4 cores in Task Manager. It shouldn't be putting your Quad core to 100% unless you got a virus or something
