yea idk 30 seconds might pop this to elite status because it does a multitude of things.... like damage snare and combo starting

yea your prolly right about that, it is quite a powerful skill so if it was dropped in recharge it would be abused bad
well the quests give 500 faction, and i want the aeras to still be very elite and hard to get stuff from.
