Just buy Ecto, shard, ruby, and saphires. Thats how I always save my money when I get close to the limit.

I personally think that a Furious and defense upgrade is the way to go for a stander w/mo tank. As for farming I use Vampiric and Longer enchantment

Yes, but the extra absorbtion from the rune will only be applied to hits made on the peice of armor it is attached to.

I have gotten like 3 of those in the last 2 weeks in the desert area. So I can't say if it is really that rare of a skin or if I was just lucky.
