Never use Khamu. he is such a lame dervish MOX is way better for some reason I think Mox does a better job at killing than Khamu does.

yeah 15% is very rare maybe buff it to max Ebon makes it miss 30%

you have to already have unlocked the skill to get it with a tome. like if he captured barrage on another char, then using an elite ranger tome...
