I play GW to kill things. When I get tired of that I log off and do something else.

In-game you can experiment with different color dyes on your armor. I believe the old dye charts are pretty much useless now since they changed...

Assuming your headpiece is the right attribute and you have a superior rune, un-equip both (if the rune happens to be on another piece of armor)...

You need a headpiece with the +1 attribute, add a superior rune (+3). That gives you 12 (from attribute points) +1 +3

Not a bad idea. I sometimes wish that I could wear those silly hats while questing. /signed

I agree with the Fish. It's obvious what the game is and when you start another character you know what has to be done. It's a little late...
