after taking a closer look. there are just to many things wrong here. and not enough synergy for a team build.

1. you didnt do enough trials to get a an average that means anything. 2. everyone already knew that +5 energy daggers were generally better. nice try

yes, crit agility will be on you as long as you are in the status of "attacking" that happens as soon as you hit space bar at the foe.

pretty sure it does work almost everywhere actually. try things before you bash them please.
