I think that the two Ring of Fire groups are the best you'll get. I know people have been farming them for a while.

Please...Please use wiki next time. And I hadn't realized that Fell Blades dropped in Cantha until I was CRing last weekend.

Also, the Djinn in Ahdashim drop it in stacks of 35, with their essence salvageing into it as well.

I think that that myth started because A.Net nerfed the drop rates of over-farmed monsters (like Trolls/Minos, probably Skellie Bowman soon...)
