It'll depend on which version of the bar you run. Some have the luxury of more energy some do not.

From looking at the screenshots it doesn't appear to be a very viable build, although that could be because your heroes are not equipped...

I've always liked Protector's Defense, always seems to come in handy when fooling around in Cantha or Eye of the North.
