it depends on the area, if its got loads of conditions i go RC, if its got loads of hexes then i run divert. More often that not i find myself...
if you're the only monk healing/hybrid is the way to go, that or bring zb... did i mention that life sheath fails?
I use it in RA/TA alot, when you're under pressure its can be a life saver.
