I am almost certain that it is added before armor, so higher armor will reduce it. Thats why penetrating attack is almost always better.

Change air to another element. Everyone wears air armor, I suggest frost. You just dont see that many people wearing hydromancers robes or fur armor.

Some people like to spend money to look better (ex.-dyes)

They have a dmg calc. on the gw guru homepage. Ive used this many times and never had my acct stolen. And you don't have to download it.

BTW I bid on #6(noone has outbid me yet) and it still says someone else has high bid, and I will not be abke to get on at all for the next week.

What are you trying to do w/ your build, Tank, DPS, or what? ANd also where are you PVPing at arenas, tombs, or GVG.
