I sort of agree. Problem is the nerfs were WAY too late (years...) and the economy got built up around it,now all that's left are various...

Survivor's sig for chest and legs (+25hp) is very helfupl,then use things like Bloodstained or +armour on the other pieces.

Make the energy gain large and based on oen target but give it aoe damage. Stacking conditions is relatively useless in PvE.

Been there done that (messed around). I don't like how dependant it is on enchanments and am personally having more fun with D/W Soldier Boi....
