To replace any rune you just need to do what IOU said. Double click the rune and apply it to the armor. I belive that it will ask you if you want...

You cant get the rune back this way, but you can replace it.

Are yall shure about that, I was under the impression that there was no stacking period. I thought that Ensign did all of the math on it.
