Nah. Making weapon glow would remove a lot of the elitism of other weapons such as Chaos Axes or Fellblade and such. Though I think Dyes should...
I'd rather have a wider arsenal of weapons in the HoM. And festival hats are too easy to get. /notsigned
I like the fact that you have to buy your armor in GuildWars. It makes it more realistic and it sets different goals than farming armor pieces....
