I agree. To enjoy any online game to the fullest, you need speed. Unfortunately, I don't think Anet can do anything about that for you.

You can't know if something is a superior vigor if it is unidentified. That's how you unlock it; by identifying it in a piece of armor. So...

You can't change your hair color unless you start over. Level 5 is easy to get to. So if it's that big a deal then just start over....
