Yes this would be nice, but think. How can you just change ones appearance instantly. Takes out the individuality. It also isnt hard to change it...

You can't really make this kind of list unless you separate it from pve and pvp. Although I guess we can all agree monks are most played.

It is called Guild Wars for a reason. Make or join a pvp ha guild and you have a team enough said.

That is why UA is for the win. It doesnt cost any money and is the best rez skill ever.
