Yes theyre broken, im very annoyed with this as Im a death necro. I think Anet need to be spanked for their laziness.

My personal opinion - no item in the game unless VERY rare ( which is none except maybe the crystalline sword. ) is worth over 10k.

they always are for me, they do damage, DoT, Give me healing, Stop me taking damage and when they DO die I currently get 8 energy back.
