Try this on: In PvP have 2 monks: One healer and One Smiter to protect the healer. Could this work?

Bring Vital Blessing to increase tank health points. Don't be afraid of enchanments. If you know hoe to use the right they can really help.

I am a Smite/Protection monk. With Divine Favor and Divine Boon I get 99 heal point everytim I cast a spell on bad guys. I don't need healing...

I no longer use helaing spell. After Ascending I got 12 Divne Favor, 11 smite and 8 Protection. I get 38 extra heal point from Divine favor alone....
