How do you get multiple henchman of the same type? It doesnt let me do it when I try.
People that complain about PuGs just dont know how to pick them.
It probably couldnt be too often. I'm sure it takes a long time to create something like that.

Fire is best for PvE. Earth, Air, are good too, and water can be useful, but fire is #1 in PvE. For PvP it all depends on the build of the team.
