I would go inspiration for Energy Drain+Ether feast...main attribute and no hp sacking+they can trigger mind wrack. Also might give inspired...

I think it would be interesting to see a casting mesmer that acted like a "normal" mesmer in every way...who just happened to bring...

Would be very interesting with aegis rotation...

Shame costs 5 more as well... And both are as slow as molasses to recharge.

Off topic but mesmers need some good aoe skills...that can be used by them for the highest effect. (added so that it excludes visage)
