Not all Elonian weapons are inscribable... which is sad considering some things you find would be perfect to be inscribed.

Hrmmm... thats alot of grind if you started a Elonian character to get there. All those sunspear points hahahaha.

Have you completed the game? If so maybe its on the map... scroll across the map in zoomed in mode. Dunnoes if that would help though... its a start.
