Same thing happens to me... don't have Guild Wars installed (Posting from my phone) so I can't check. But my shadows are on "LOW"...

Doesn't matter if you selected a quest in the Quest Log... if you have a Quest that in your log that hasn't been completed it can change...

I would imagine the bow would be used to apply the lengthening. Setting traps does not use the bow.

Indeed... all these little quirks in the games mathematical engine. Its amazing how everything comes together to make this a truly amazing game.

No issues with ZA here... I just make sure that Guild Wars is on the list of trusted applications.
