Rank 8 is the cap for blessing (in the entire game) it seems. The only way I can think to get more would be a repeatable quest for 100 points....

The Dragon Arena was a flipping ton of fun (seriously, I did a flip it was so much fun). Imho it should become permanent. I seriously doubt it...
