Considering that's the oldest title in GW and no one hasn't been able to max it till now, I doubt anyone would ever max other pvp titles.

For the record, ranger does better interrupting than mesmer. The mesmer might have more faster/accurate interruption so their interrupt relies on...

Farming is something you do in PvE after finishing the storyline.

The system is not perfect, there is no way you can tell people who are griefing and people who are bad at game/newbie/testing builds.
