I agree. The Rt/Mo is a mix between Mo/E (with wards), and a N/Mo with AoE heals. To use an Rt/Mo effectively, you have to sacrifice the mobility...

To get super technical it should be: "if it hits, and causes..." or "if it hits, causing..."
