You didn't find a sword with +5 energy in pre searing. At least not anytime recently I don't think. There is however new +5 energy swords...

My only wish is that Anet would have made GW Factions harder than Prophecies by makeing Ai smarter or making enemy skills better that players...

I am pretty sure that is just how they made the game. I have seen a couple of cutscenes with just text and no speech.
