Flashing Blades = No go in PvP. About those hexers...can't do much except interrupt them, remove them yourself or rely on your monk to do it....

Crit Strike is probably for energy management too.
Just use Critical Strike? No need for jagged and another lead attack...GPS will do just fine as you will always be enchanted. Put in Crit Defenses.
