Rancour is absolutely correct - TARGET FOE will suffer from deep wound, the rest won't. But bleeding is not only target foe.

I always run 14 dagger, 13 crit and 9 shadow mastery with a dagger headpiece with sup rune. Works pretty well.

This build works great, I kill everthorn pretty much every time . still havn't got his daggers yet though grrrr ><
