I use them as replacement for henchies and I've always used henchies to replace pugs.

I agree with this idea as it's been posted by the OP. Changing your face and/or skin colour is something I don't want to see.

I still prefer the prophesies way, where you got skills for quests. Factions and Nigthfall give money, only problem I'm having with my Paragon...
