i use both health and energy. find a balance of each that suits your build. the other upgrades are too conditional and therefore unreliable imo.

you might wanna stick some runes on your heroes, give them max weapons, etc i dont do HM tho, so none of my heroes have runes, and dunkoro still...
in pvp, any time im not attacking in pve i dont usually use vamp, but if i do i leave it on if im lazy
