I personally would not use that specific build for the underworld because of degen. You need a source of health to do underworld with that build.
You have to keep in mind that there are more than one type of invic-monk. A 55 would be fodder to Vamp touch, but Spirit Bonders would not be soo...

Still has some draw backs compared to the Spirit Bonder, but still a very good set up.

If you notice Spirit bond will not always reset to 10 if you reapply it before the old one wears off.
