Hmm perhaps u r right - its matter of getting used to it. Still it would be so nice if we could choose interface skin ourselves.

The assasins arent underpowered - any little buff would make them broken. The only issue they MIGHT have is that they are best suited for gvg...

Psychic Distraction - elite interrupt spell that goes through mantra (or any antiinterrupt) and has 2 sec recharge. It blackouts ur other skills...

There was some builds based around Keystone Signet here on forum - just do some searching. Ofcourse they were more gimmick builds than anything...
