Any way you look at it, the skill needs to have additional damage. Bleeding on top wouldn't hurt. The AoE is tiny and needs to be made bigger....
Since LoD barely benefits from DF, why not try dropping that a bit lower and taking some protection spells to lower incoming damage instead?

NS does have a fast recharge, but it would raise the time between caps to lose another run stance. Guess it's an option.
