In RA, Eviscerate > Decapitate. However, in organized teams, I think Decapitate is going to come out. BTW, off-topic, Defy Pain is t3h blah.

Triple Chop is nice for PvE. +30something damage in an AoE every 10 seconds. Eviscerate seems not that great for PvE, as Deep Wound on one target...
