I agree this is on the broken list...but it is a lot lower than other items 1. lt helm 2. 20/20 axe 3. prolly this and a few more items the list...

Just make new monk and warrior skills because a P/R = W/Mo/R

most of those mods are for attribute lines that only have spells...so I dont know if it is easily answerable
