Lately, I've been finding shields with +1 to (magic) (XX%). For example, right now I've got a: Bladed Shield Armor +16 +1 Smiting Prayers...

I've yet to see a max grinning dragon axe. I remember thinking they were pretty sweet, but I'm still waiting for a max one.

FWIW: The only Canthan greens I've ever seen were found while solo farming. I've never seen one drop during normal play.

I believe it is locational, but I have not tested this.
