I disagree with oddsock. This is a pretty good staff with a decent enchantment bonus. Keep it for a smiting character if you ever make one.

It applies to all skills except spells (enchant/hex, etc), glyphs and signets. Shouts and stances are affected.

If Ele/mo is using smiting better than a smiting Mo/X, shouldn't you be looking at nerfing elementalists' energy storage line that allows...
