^^ agreed, i hate the exhaustion too, but still very effective spells, if only there was a non-elite skill to negate/reduce exhaustion

Anet use 1-15 in their skill variables, at first, i thought 1-31 at 12 AxMa was great! because at 12 axe mastery, theres more difference between 1...

i reckon its calculated using the factors: requirement, damage, mods, skin doesnt seem to take any place in it, but ive yet to find out about that.
