I think it is stupid...i havent found a succesful mmorpg that used a level cap like this...there are some with level caps but they only keep you...
it is not a huge issue for more weapon buffs, but weapons are really a lacking part of the game, each sowrd does practically the same damn thing...
true...i changed from necro/ele to mesmer to warrior to monk and at that point i have no skill points to get monk skills, nor do i have any quests...
