rep titles should be closer to the eotn title, so do all quests and missions, vanq areas = max title pretty much

rather alarming thing about that title track (and other tbh) is in hardmode the base level in hardmode is 2points per kill, and max rank is...

if your going to run orders, then barrage/volley would be better than spear, as you get a bunch more hits. but you lose deep wound :/
