This is called a cloak, and Rangers already have something similar in the Druids armor. Besides... fighting could get hampered by having something...

You also have to look at it this way... What happens if you get into a party where you are the only person NOT in the same guild as the rest......

I would LOVE to see an expanded use guild hall. Ours rarely gets used right now because most of my guild is still practicing their personal PvP...
