Req 7 weapons / shields with max stats have not dropped since early factions
what did they change? i didnt notice anything different...
offhand items and staffs can have +1 xx% to ritualist stats
core only im afraid - theres no assassin ones either
req 8 definitely drop as far as i know, in tyria, shields with odd double mods can still drop (-2-2, -2-3, etc)
