Install Guild Hall Henchmen in all PVP outposts

acoording to very recent article on game mechanics, they stack up to 50% nothing higher exept skills like water hexes (66%, 90%)

you will get one of a new series of minipets, and you will like it or else.

my assassin will not have a "shield swap" , nor a staff. . . nor will a ranger . . .

Chaos damage does not ignore armor, it is treated as elemental damage of unspecified type. use some on a ranger to test this if you doubt
